  • Employment & Payroll Data: Employee names, TFNs, superannuation fund details, payroll records

  • Business Details: Entity type, trading name, industry sector, financial year end

  • Communication Records: Emails, meeting notes, phone recordings (with consent)

We collect information directly from you (via forms, emails, phone calls) and, where necessary, from third-party sources such as the ATO online services, ASIC registers, and your authorized representatives.


2. Use of Personal Information

  • Provide accounting, bookkeeping, BAS preparation and lodgment, tax return preparation, payroll, and advisory services

  • Communicate with you about your engagement, deadlines, and service updates

We store your information in secure, encrypted systems (cloud and on-premise) with access controls, regular backups, and industry best practices for cyber security.

  • Access Controls: Only authorised personnel can access your data.

  • Encryption: Data at rest and in transit is encrypted using up-to-date standards.

  • Retention: We retain records for a minimum of 5 years (or longer if required by law) then securely destroy or de-identify them.
