Business Details: Entity type, trading name, industry sector, financial year end

We collect information directly from you (via forms, emails, phone calls) and, where necessary, from third-party sources such as the ATO online services, ASIC registers, and your authorized representatives.

Provide accounting, bookkeeping, BAS preparation and lodgment, tax return preparation, payroll, and advisory services
Communicate with you about your engagement, deadlines, and service updates

We store your information in secure, encrypted systems (cloud and on-premise) with access controls, regular backups, and industry best practices for cyber security.
Access Controls: Only authorised personnel can access your data.
Encryption: Data at rest and in transit is encrypted using up-to-date standards.
Retention: We retain records for a minimum of 5 years (or longer if required by law) then securely destroy or de-identify them.
